I thought it was funny at first but as the conversation progressed, i felt like I effin wanna slit this woman's throat using a spoon ...

Kawawang AGENT pero ok lang atleast may nakinig sa isang ginang na punong puno nang galit sa kaniyang SARILI!!! hehehe ( tila may SAPAK sa ulo at BALIW ang tumawag na client... isang nilalang na may makitid na pag-iisip at mas BOBO pa sa tinawag niyang BOBO... HINDI siya Pilipino pero ang salita niya TAGALOG!!! ) Sana lang may proper hands call ung mga ganun very irate binabagsakan ng telepono hehehe ( joke lang!!! ) kung naawa ako sa AGENT mas naawa ako dun sa Ginang na tumawag kasi kailangan niya ng atensiyong mental.. mukhang wala na kasi sa sariling pag-iisip kaya walang magawa kundi mangulit at magmura hehehehe

ReplyDeleteang kawawa dito, ung taong wala sa tamang pag-iisip. ung cashier sa fastfood siguro affected kung pinagmumura nya.. but the callcenter agent, i dont think so. callcenter agents are trained to handling this kind of calls noh!
this scenario happens not only to callcenter agents. so i dont think it's right to say the first sentence of this blog because being a callcenter agent isn't all fun and games, like any other job.

I was just trying to indirectly say that a lot of Filipinos who haven't had any experience working in the field (or calling a CSR to fix something for him/her) think that being a call center agent is a walk in the park.
People in general think that CSR's just bum around sitting all day talking on the phone. What people don't realize is how much anxiety a person can get from irate phone calls like this sample (if it were real to begin with)
to driedfish. Mas maganda po yung sinabi nya na "Mga bobo kayo lahat! Akina ang french fries ko! Nasaan na yung ketchup?!"

"may telepono ba akong dala?" --- hello?!??!?! how come na nakatawag xa sa line...
hahaha nag enjoy ako dito! totoo ba ito???? oa naman un nasa voicecall nawala pagod ko sa kanya ha haha
